Unzip into a new folder
Install using;
Start, Printers&Faxes, Add a Printer, Local Printer, Select Port, Have Disk
Browse to the new folder and select 'EPSON TM-T88II Partial cut'.

If you are using Windows 7 use the Generic Text Only driver built into Windows.
Click Add a printer
Local printer
Select the port
Select Generic from the Manufacturer column
Select Generic / Text only from the Printers column
Click Next
To test, open Notepad, type in some text and try and print on the Generic text only printer.


With all drivers, if you are using a serial RS-232 interface and the print is not 
as expected that usually indicates that the serial port settings of the PC and the 
printer are not the same. 
Baud rate, Data bits, Stop bits, Parity, Flow control, need to be set the same on both.
To find the printer's port settings, switch on the printer with the feed button held down.
